We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Data Preparation Specialist to join our collaborative environment. As a Data Preparation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our visualizations are not only accurate but also visually stunning.

Responsibilities:

• Optimizing Data Pipelines: Design and document data preparation pipelines for the visualisation team, ensuring seamless transition of work between VRED, Unreal, Maya, and other tools.
• Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with the Technical Development team, CGI/Visualisation managers, and modelling teams to prepare datasets on time while balancing changing priorities.
• Quality Assurance: Focus on the accuracy of data and materials, proactively identifying and resolving issues before passing data to the team. Adhere to agreed workflows and standards, ensuring datasets are prepared in an optimal way to support artists and technical development tools.
• Innovation and Efficiency: Constantly seek ways to enhance data workflows for efficiency and creativity in downstream visualization tasks. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, integrating the latest industry trends and tools into our processes.
• Material Expertise: Oversee digital material libraries, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and efficiency in applying materials to prepared datasets. Work closely with the CMF team to enhance digital material development processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in data preparation for automotive visualization, with expertise in Vred and Unreal. Familiarity with Alias, Maya, and 3DS Max is highly desirable.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Substance Suite is essential.
• Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating closely with Creative, Design, and Senior Management teams to deliver assets in a time-sensitive environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality prepared data on time.
