We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Engine Artist to play a pivotal role in our visual communication endeavours. As a Senior Unreal Engine Artist, you will lead a team, ensuring seamless integration of Unreal pipelines and delivering outstanding projects within a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiency and Innovation: Oversee and enhance Unreal pipelines, fostering greater flexibility and creativity. Develop, document, and update Unreal pipelines, ensuring adherence to agreed workflows and standards.
• Collaborative Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Unreal artists, providing creative guidance and fostering professional growth. Collaborate closely with Creative, Design, and Senior Management teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Quality Assurance: Critically assess assets from the Unreal Team, offering insightful guidance for improvement. Ensure all Unreal outputs meet the highest quality standards.
• Workflow Enhancement: Work with Tech Artists to develop efficient workflow tools and contribute to shaping our data pipeline into Unreal, optimizing processes for seamless transitions from Data Prep to final grading.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring all Unreal outputs are delivered on time and with exceptional quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive experience as an Unreal Engine artist, proficient in Unreal Engine 4 with knowledge of Unreal Engine 5. Proven expertise in rendering, material creation, lighting, 3D modelling, UV mapping, and data clean-up.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and basic project management skills. Experience managing a team of Unreal artists and guiding their creative endeavours.
• Adaptability: Ability to efficiently handle a variety of tasks and projects. Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve collaborative success.
