We are in constant pursuit of skilled professionals, and we're currently in search of an experienced Senior Data Preparation Specialist to play a pivotal role in our visual communication endeavours. As a Senior Data Preparation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering accurate and efficient data preparation assets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Development: Design and document data preparation pipelines for the Visualization team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in downstream visualization tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Development team to maintain seamless workflows between Vred, Unreal, Maya, and other tools. Collaborate with digital material specialists to create efficient pipelines for applying materials to models.
• Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek opportunities to enhance data workflows, fostering creativity and efficiency.
• Quality Focus: Ensure data accuracy by identifying, reporting, and resolving issues before passing data to the team. Prioritize the optimization of data preparation to support tools and plugins used by artists.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality prepared data on time.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Iterate data assets based on feedback and throughout their development.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback into data assets.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques related to digital pipelines, real-time rendering, automotive visualization, and virtual reality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive experience in data preparation, with a strong background in the automotive industry. Proficiency in Vred and Unreal is essential, while familiarity with Alias, Maya, and 3DS Max is highly desirable. Knowledge of digital material pipelines is a plus.
• Efficiency: Highly driven and efficient, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data preparation assets within tight timelines.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English.
