Responsibilities:

• Efficient Postproduction: Oversee the postproduction team, ensuring seamless integration into the Visualisation pipeline. Document and refine postproduction pipelines for optimum efficiency.
• Creative Excellence: Provide insightful critiques, guiding the postproduction team towards artistic refinement. Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and sharing best practices.
• Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with Creative, Design, and Senior-Management teams, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver projects punctually.
• Workflow Enhancement: Continuously innovate postproduction workflows, ensuring flexibility and creativity. Seek avenues for improvement, enabling the team to deliver exceptional quality work consistently.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently.
• Photorealistic Mastery: Utilize your expertise to retouch CGI V-Ray layers/outputs, transforming them into stunning, lifelike still images.
• Visual Consistency: Contribute to the development of external content, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and flawless execution.
• Diverse Skillset: Utilize your expertise not only in CGI but also in retouching traditional photography content, enriching our visual repertoire.
