Proven Expertise: Extensive experience as a Visualization Specialist in the automotive industry, showcasing mastery in creative style development, animation storyboarding, and creative leadership. 

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring every visual element meets the highest standards of quality and consistency across multiple mediums. 

Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, vital for seamless collaboration with diverse teams. 

Innovative Vision: A resourceful and adaptable approach, coupled with an innovative mindset, enabling the exploration of creative possibilities. 

Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working closely with Creative, Design, and Senior Management teams, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional projects in time-sensitive scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative style in collaboration with design teams, ensuring visual asset consistency across various mediums.
• Build animation storyboards and provide creative leadership to the team, ensuring the fulfilment of necessary shots/assets.
• Provide constructive critiques and mentorship to team members, fostering continuous improvement.
• Guide the visualization team, sharing best practices and assisting in their professional growth.
• Introduce innovative methods of working for Design Visualization, enhancing creativity and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to agreed workflows within the visualization team, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Visualization Specialists, providing a creative user perspective for the development of new tools and processes.
• Utilize Unreal Engine and VRED to craft high-quality, photorealistic real-time visualizations of automotive products, interiors, and exteriors.
• Collaborate with the Visualization Manager and design leadership to create accurate and detailed 3D renderings, textures, materials, lighting setups, and animations, ensuring the utmost realism in content creation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering superior visual assets on time.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, gather requirements, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback into your work.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques related to real-time rendering, automotive visualization, and virtual reality.
• Collaborate with clients, understanding their vision and requirements, iteratively refining visualizations based on feedback to exceed expectations.
